Be advised that this return policy applies to whenever our terms and conditions provides the Customer with the right to return purchased Products. Please make informed purchases.
When you wish to return the item, you should do it within 7 days from the order date (or within 7 days of the event giving rise to the refund) for a full reimbursement of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling charges).
The item must be returned in unused condition with original packaging (including inserts, manuals, and accessories) to ensure full Reimbursement. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges and must provide tracking information. Provided these conditions are met, we will issue the refund within 3-5 business days from receipt of the return shipment. This policy does not apply to our Products that have been customized (unless we unless we give our prior written consent).
